Ulcerative Colitis

Age 18-80 Weighs >40kg Evaluates the efficacy and safety of the medication R07790121, administered via injection or infusion in patients with moderate to severe Colitis The study lasts 56 weeks

Non-Cirrhotic NASH/MASH and Fibrosis

Ages 18-80 BMI >25kg History of Type 2 Diabetes or other metabolic syndromes Evaluates the effect of Efruxifermin compared to placebo on achieving NASH/MASH resolution AND fibrosis regression at Week 52, evaluate the effect of EFX compared to placebo on achieving NASH/MASH resolution with no worsening of fibrosis at Week 52

Compensated Cirrhosis caused by NASH/MASH

Age 18-80 BMI >25kg History of Type 2 Diabetes or other metabolic syndrome Biopsy - proven compensated cirrhosis Evaluates the effect of Efruxifermin compared to placebo on all-cause mortality and liver related clinical outcomes Lasts 96 weeks

Crohn's Disease

Age 18-80 Weighs >40kg Diagnosis of Crohn's Evaluates the efficacy and safety of the medication R07790121, administered via injection or infusion in patients with moderate to severe Colitis The study lasts 52 weeks

Bipolar Disorder

Age 18 and up Diagnosis of bipolar 1 or 2 Bipolar I Disorder (BP1)is a severe chronic mood disorder characterized by manic and depression. BP1 has high probability of being misunderstood as unipolar major depressive disorder (MDD). The purpose of this study is to confirm if Rapid Mood Screener (RMS), a brief 6-item clinician-administered checklist, effectively classifies participants with BP1.

Cigarette Use Disorder

Ages 18 and up Must smoke 10+ cigarettes/day for three or more years Be willing to stop smoking Remain abstinent from alcohol and all non-prescription drugs

Ages 18 and up. We explore innovative therapies to manage blood sugar levels, reduce complications, and improve the lives of individuals with Type 2 diabetes.

Cold Sores

Age 18 and up History of recurrent herpes labialis lesions where: At least 50% of previous episodes produced classical lesions Prodromal symptoms (itching, tingling, pain etc.) should precede herpes labialis lesions in at least 50% of the previous herpes episodes Good general health, immunocompetent

Age 18 and up Be diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Heartburn, Acid Reflux

Isomnia

Do You Struggle with Insomnia? If you are 18 years or older and have difficulty falling or staying asleep, along with daytime impairments or distress due to insomnia, you may qualify for a paid research study.

Age between 18-70 Have a diagnosis of plaque psoriasis of at least 6 months
